Introduction
Early in SBTI's history our clients needed corporate change programs
(Operational Excellence, Process Excellence, Six Sigma, Lean Sigma
etc.) to generate great positive effects on their people, their
business' growth and profitability, and on the value they delivered to
customers. This demand continues today.
However, now that
there are many thousands of SBTI
trained Champions, Green Belts, Black Belts and Lean
Leaders™,
and several hundred SBTI trained Master Black Belts, we found there is
a need to expand our offerings from working nearly exclusively with
corporate leadership on the health and progress of their programs, to a
broader offering.
SBTI provides skill
development options for companies
who wish to expand their team's skills in areas like problem solving,
data analysis, communication, leadership and are inclined to learn from
world class instructors who have direct experience working in and
leading successful corporate results initiatives. Now you can gain
access to SBTI's wealth of application tested materials and world class
instructors.
SBTI also offers
continuing professional development for
SBTI trained Champions, Green Belts, Black Belts, Master Black Belts
and Lean Leaders™ such as one week electives for Master Black
Belts and Black Belts, to expand their knowledge and skill base beyond
their initial training.
