Sigma Breakthrough Technologies
Inc.’s (SBTI) Master Black Belt (MBB) program has long been
recognized as the best in the industry. SBTI has now taken its program
to the next level. The American Council on Education's College Credit
Recommendation Service (ACE CREDIT) has evaluated and recommended
graduate level college credit for two of SBTI's MBB courses. The
courses are: The Five Week MBB Core Program (6 graduate semester hours)
and the Five Week Core Program with Certification (12 graduate semester

Focus
Session :
Jan.
10, 2008
Ivan
Madrigal, Director of Revenue
Assurance and Quality for Gexa Energy, an FPL Group company and an SBTI
MBB alumni will be hosting a one hour WebEx session.
The
topic will be
“Transactional Kaizens in a non-normal timeline”
Ivan will
be sharing his company’s step by step Kaizen methodology
along
with some examples of using an FMEA for software requirements.
Attendees
will receive a copy of the
Transactional Kaizen checklist, Transactional Kaizen step-by-step
roadmap, as well as examples of FMEAs used to develop software
requirements.
If
time allows we will cover a case
where an FMEA was used to validate software requirements that were
already developed.
The
goal of the session is to create
discussion and improve upon the process for use in the attendees
environments rather than to “educate” an audience.
