Combined Executive
/ Champion Workshop
Small and medium
sized hospitals don't have the luxury
of separate layers of Executive Staff and Managerial Staff. Here the
Executives are the Champions. This combined workshop fuses the
Executive Workshop and Champion Workshop to take participants from no
knowledge to a position where they can drive Lean Sigma into the
business, identify and prioritize projects and select Belts. The
workshop introduces the concepts and philosophy of Lean and Six Sigma
and teaches how to lay the groundwork for success.
Champions provide
the backbone to a successful and
sustained deployment. Without a strong Champion removing barriers and
driving success, Black and Green Belts lose effectiveness and project
durations expand to unacceptable levels. This workshop gives
participants the understanding of how to be a successful Champion and
the tools to make it happen. The Champion's vital role in sustaining
the gains is strengthened with the metrics and infrastructure
introduced.
