Organization
Systems Planning (HR) Workshop
Organizational
change is a key part in any deployment.
The Human Resource function is led through mechanisms to ensure there
is clear roles and responsibilities, reward and recognition for all
involved.
A key decision is
whether to use part or full-time
resources as Belts; the Client must address the pros and cons of each
with the intent of setting a precedent moving forward. If full-time
Belts are chosen a Succession Plan must be invoked and the Belts should
have a clear Career Plan for the future.
Belts typically
certify after completion of 1 or 2
projects. Appropriate remuneration and organizational reward should be
considered and standards set well in advance of the situation arising.
A clear
Organization System also must be in place prior
to commencement of Champion and Belt training to ensure all resources
have the correct accountability, empowerment and support.
Lean & Six
Sigma involve culture change to the
business and with that comes a change in organization structure, job
descriptions, accountability, reward and recognition. This Workshop
lays the organizational groundwork to support the Program.
